Tackiness Checker는 고무 재료·점착 테이프 등의 점착력을 정량적으로 측정하는 측정기입니다.
고무 부재와 보강재를 포함한 부재를 다층에 점착하여 가황하는 타이어나 벨트 등의 성형 공정에 있어서, 부재의 점착력을 사전에 확인하는 것은 매우 중요합니다.
현장에서 부재의 점착력을 간단하게 측정하기 위해 개발된 것으로 테이프 등의 점착력 측정에도 응용할 수 있습니다.
