History


From the 1930s to the 1950s, the company mainly manufactured testing equipment for paper, textiles, and inks.  Since the 1960s, TOYOSEIKI has been manufacturing and selling mainly testing equipment for plastics and rubber.

  • 1934 – Founded by Shozo Endo in Sarugaku-cho, Kanda, Tokyo. (March 1st)
  • 1939 – Moved to Takinogawa, Tokyo and established company.

  • 1953 – Production of Inkometer and Hoover type Muller begins.
