MIT 型耐折度试验机可评估纸张、塑料、皮革、柔性印刷电路板、塑料扁平电缆和铝箔在折叠和弯曲负载下的强度(抗折性)。
它符合ISO 5626 等测试标准,对 15 毫米宽的试样条施加恒定载荷,每边施加 135°(或 90°和 45°)的重复弯曲载荷,并评估折叠次数直至断裂。
加载方法可选择弹簧加载或自重加载。 弹簧式适用于纸张等伸长率较低的材料,而自重式适用于塑料薄膜等伸长率较高的材料。
