The Mooney Viscometer measures Mooney viscosity and Mooney scorch of un-vulcanized rubber according to ISO 289.  


 

Accuracy & Calibration Management

● Temperature accuracy is ±0.3°C compensation with each error compensation function.

● Temperature sensor error, temperature amplifier error, etc. can be easily corrected on the LCD touch screen.

● Mooney values can be automatically calibrated with a built-in weight.

 

Improved functionality & operability

● You can register test conditions and pass/fail criteria.
● Operation is automatic except for registration recall and sample loading/unloading.
● Test results, data curves, and averages are printed on a small printer (optional).
● Recall of past test results (up to 100)
● Maintenance can be performed quickly by the check function of the main unit.

 

Safety

● Equipped with overload and overheat protection devices.

● When the windshield cover is closed, the hot plate is lowered and the test starts, ensuring temperature stability and safety.

Rotorless Mooney Viscometer | 274-RLM-4

The Rotorless Mooney Viscometer model RLM-4 conducts Mooney viscosity test and Mooney Scorch
test. In order to eliminate the problem of frictional resistance of rotor of conventional Mooney
Viscometer, this model employs a rotorless mechanism.
