Fully-Automated Rubber Tensile Testing Machine | Strograph™ AE Elastomer | 211-AE3

Fully-Automated Rubber Tensile Testing Machine | Strograph™ AE Elastomer | 211-AE3

Applications: Rubber / Determination of tensile stress-strain properties

Strograph AE, a fully automatic tensile tester, is designed to conduct tests on rubbers and flexible plastics.

The sample tray and specimen feeding system are developed by employing unprecedented ideas and focusing on its small footprint design.

The tester comprises specimen magazine unit, and thickness measuring unit, specimen feeding and measuring unit, contact type extensometer, specimen removing and data processing PC.

Once specimens are mounted on the tray in the magazine unit, the designated processes are automatically continuously implemented to perform tensile tests under the set testing conditions.

The test data is transferred to the software, allowing the user to manage it for analysis.

Features & Benefits

• By specializing the design for tensile and tear tests up to 700N, achieved space-savings.  The entire system, including the PC, can be installed in approximately 1.5 square meters of space.

• The tray-based specimen set facilitates easy specimen loading.  Tray order can be changed during testing.  Additionally, the number of loadable trays has been increased compared to previous models, allowing storage of up to 150 specimens.  (Up to 300 specimens with optional upgrade)

• LCD touchscreen has been added above the specimen feeding section.  It can display test status, thickness values, and maintenance information.

• Covers are installed as standard on the specimen feeding section and test section.  The cover on the specimen feeding section includes an interlock as standard; feed operation stops when the cover is open.
