Grundlagen der Densimeterprüfung
Die Densimeterprüfung zur Feststellung der Konsistenz eines Bauteils ist eine unverzichtbare Qualitätskontrolle – ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Wareneingangsprüfung. Bei der Densimeterprüfung wird das Material zunächst an der Luft und anschließend in einer Flüssigkeit bekannter Dichte (in der Regel Wasser oder Ethanol) gewogen.
Die Wahl des richtigen Densimeters ist von entscheidender Bedeutung. Sie müssen eine sorgfältige Auswahl treffen, um uneinheitliche Messverfahren und -abläufe in Ihren Qualitätskontrollprozessen zu vermeiden.

How to use a densimeter?
To use our electronic densimeter effectively you’ll need to place a beaker with the liquid you’re inspecting in a cabinet. Next you place the automatic densimeter in the beaker and launch your test. Soon after your data is shown clearly on the densimeter’s digital display.
