History
- 1934
- Established at 2-15, Sarugaku-cho, Kanda, Tokyo. Start planning, design and manufacturing of original testing machines for non-metalic materials.
- 1959
- Itabashi Factory (Tokyo) expanded, all products upgraded and service for users stepped up. Increased the capital to 9 million yen.
- 1961
- Closed Itabashi Factory and established a new factory - Musashi Factory (13,000 m2), in Ageo-shi, Saitama Prefecture, Japan to expand production department for expected and future rapid progress.
- 1962
- Established Osaka Branch for expansion of market in Kansai district. Increased capital to 20 million yen.
- 1968
- Established Nagoya Branch for expansion of market in Chubu district. Increased capital to 50 million yen.
- 1972
- Capital increased to 90 million yen.
- 1974
- Tied up with Atlas Material Testing Technology, U.S.A.
- 1986
- Capital increased to 100 million yen.
- 1988
- New Tokyo Factory constructed. Moved from old Head Office Factory.
- 1991
- New Head Office CS Center constructed.
- 1997
- ISO-9001 Approval acquired.
- 2002
- Tokyo Factory Funato Support Center constructed.
- 2005
- Eco-action 21 certified at Tokyo Factory.
- 2012
- Established an oversea subsidiary in Shanghai, China.
